C'est bien plus qu'une simple technique mentale pour un esprit créatif ; c'est un art de vivre. En tant que créatif (à la base), je connais l'importance de concevoir une campagne, alors j'applique cette méthode : je définis clairement ce que je veux, je mentalise l'image en détail en laissant monter en moi une émotion. Vos pensées et émotions deviennent les canaux de diffusion... Vous pouvez alors transformer votre imaginaire (l'image dans votre tête) en réalité. Ce processus peut s'appliquer à l'ensemble de votre vie !

A questão é que nosso cérebro não é capaz de diferenciar a imagem de um objeto do próprio objeto. Então é como se você deixasse seu cérebro "condicionado" àquele objeto, e dessa forma, abrir o caminho até ele.
