Las herramientas para desplegar son más útiles cuando muestran datos de manera adecuada, y por ello, me parece necesario considerar la perspectiva del rol: 1. Analista. El visualizador debe tener flexibilidad para mirar datos, cruzar información, conectar percepción con datos internos, interpretar, flexibilidad en la acumulación de datos, etc. es decir, para quien buscar explicar un fenómeno y pueda explorar. 2. Usuario operativo/ negocio. El visualizador debe proveer una mirada más estructurada. Normalmente este usuario busca conocer poca información y centrarse en si sus indicadores muestra cambios o tendencias. Normalmente vinculados con sus incentivos o los de su equipo. En este caso, el contenido específico debe personalizarse.

In my humble opinion, for a small, medium to large enterprise, the most value-for-money is still Zoho Desk which is powered by Zoho Analytics. Flexible and easy to use. It does have its limitations if you compare it to Freshdesk or Zendesk, but it has come a long way.

One of the most trusted and tested method would be the sentiment analysis, which would help us to understand the level of frustration the customer has gone through. Coupling this with the key word extraction and analysis would be crucial to measure customer satisfaction which in turn would help us to give insights on how and where to improve.
