Although these are good approaches to NLP, I do not recommend them for bigger data sets as Catastrophic Forgetting may occur. This means that for larger inputs during the training phase, your neural network (especially for LSTMs) may forget what it learned in earlier sets as it traverses along the input.

Both LSTMS and RNNs are really good when it comes to language modeling. Regardless of which you choose to use, remember that a fair amount of data preparation and transformation is required for problems like language modeling. In my experience, PyTorch is easier to play with than tensorflow when it comes to personal projects - it is easier to use your machine’s GPU with PyTorch than it is with tensorflow!
