We had trail or betta run implemented during our SAP migration. This was beneficial not only for the operational users but for the KBU's as they could receive feedback from the prospects on what navigation issues they were experience along with functions were working well with new ERP. Created tangible and intuitive creativity on what was working and what areas needed to tweaked. Allowing for an organic collaboration(s) between the daily users, KBU's and the ERP developers/ providers.
