Best way is primarily to ensure that metadata is domain driven. Business objectives will follow this architecture anyway- sales, membership, claims, etc. this is in line with the logical design of metadata I.e. the data about the data. This also greatly enables data analytics maturity for those that view data products and data mesh architecture as high maturity capabilities.
