What are the best ways to demonstrate passion for an industry in a job interview?

Link the job skills with your KSAs, demonstrate with relevant experience how you can add value to the job and the organization. Having technical skills for a job is great. What is even better? Having the passion for the company and the industry. I agree, My interest in recruitment began when I met a mentor who was a recruiter. They shared stories of how they helped people find great jobs and companies find great employees. Everybody loves stories. The easiest way to sell yourself is through your stories. Your "why" matters a lot. Share your reason of wanting to be part of the organization. This makes it personal to you. For instance, my current firm is an EdTech company and I was amazed at the work they do. I am personally passionate about every child having access to quality education. Working with an organization that shares the same vision as me makes it a lot more easier for me. When I was a Mngr and my boss was interviewing Residents, one found out my boss was into cooking and in his exuberance wanted to relate and said he LOVED cooking, but couldn't answer any follow up questions... While it's nice to do your research, also know who you're talking to as this boss of mine was a "No Nonsense" type and was more annoyed than anything else...
