In my perspective on financial goals and objectives, I had earlier posited that Accountability is key. Whatever type of person you are and whatever position you are placed, one should be accountable. Not just to yourself, the office you're representing and the organization, but of course, the people are interested in the B2B deliverables and how effective it's being managed for the people. I must say that the end result of office routines is service and how effective it is carried on for the benefits of mankind is very important. Si se necesita reducir 7% el costo de la operación X, todo el que impacte la operación X debería debería saberlo para que incluso aporte nuevas ideas de como lograrlo. La mayoría de soluciones inteligentes salen del mismo personal que está acostumbrado a hacer las cosas de una manera porque le dijeron que así se hacía y sabiendo que hay otra mejor, no se atreven a compartirla. Cada organización, desea trabajar con el menor capital posible, para ello debe apalancarse, tomar en cuenta las partes externas e internas que generan la diferencia en el flujo del dinero. No solo los bancos pueden apalancar una empresa con pocos recursos, la compra a plazo y la venta descontada seria un excelente escenario, así mismo lograr minimizar el stop en bodega y manejar bodegas de transito permite disminuir los costos directo del producto almacenado.
