Being aware of signs of bullying can be important. Although the act of bullying is often visible/audible/obvious to gain attention, some bullies are sneaky about it. If the individual being bullied is embarrassed to come forward, we must hope that someone else will notice and intervene.

To create a school culture that is truly inclusive all stakeholders need to appreciate the diverse society and eorld we live in. Workshops for students on Identity and Authenticity and Training for staff on AJEDI are helpful tools to develop this culture. These combined sessions will raise awareness, promote acceptance of difference and empower students to challenge bias. It will also ensure staff are equipped to support students if prejudice or discrimination arises in any of its forms.
