One of the case I encountered was an offshore team member often coming late, thus pushing the morning work to other colleagues. His speed was very slow and less productive, though his output was very quality oriented. He was communicated to be released suddenly. The shock set him well on track. In another instance, two team members were unhappy due to organisational policies and created mutual arguments. I had to pitch in and set a strong and hard decision, which resolved the issue in 1 week.
