In my experience, discussing the challenges you faced and how you overcame them during these projects resonates well with interviewers. It demonstrates your analytical thinking and persistence. To impress your interviewers, rehearse explaining your key projects clearly and concisely. Focus on the outcomes and your specific contributions. Start by selecting two to three projects that best represent your skills and prepare a compelling narrative for each.

Try to estimate for every past project if / how much your work led to increase in sales or reduction of cost - choose the highest ones to highlight the impact you had! Sometimes projects might not clearly fall into above buckets (e.g. efficiency improvements); however, based on some assumptions can be translated into cost reduction (e.g. your worked decreased workload for 10 employees by 4h / week ~> cost reduction by one average 40h salary)
