Analytical and problem solving: This helps to analyse data, identify challenges and resolve with creative solutions going inline with the client's requirements 2. Collaboration and teamwork: the ability to build rapport, work effectively and foster productive relationships is very essential (been there, helps a lot) 3. Passion and commitment to sustainability: this lens towards this domain individually is very important for the team to contribute towards carbon emissions reduction. 4. Continuous learning: The energy sector is uncertain and the constant need to learn is paramount. 5. Critical thinking and decision making mindset.

One thing which I've found helpful is promoting renewable energy adoption in India is the government's ambitious target and policy support. And I disagree with the notion that renewable energy is too expensive or unreliable if that is considered over a long period of time. Yes everything comes with pros and cons but we need to lessen our dependency over fossil fuel. With that I feel motivated when the Indian government has set a target of achieving 500 GW of installed renewable energy capacity by 2030, and has implemented various initiatives like the PLI scheme to boost domestic manufacturing of renewable energy components.

Driven by concern for environmental impacts of fossil fuels, I started inclining over the renewable energy field and learning more. Pursuing an MBA deepened my understanding of business and policy factors shaping this sector. Now at Wipro, I am leveraging understanding on the technology to optimise renewable energy integration. I firmly believe clean Energy holds the key to sustainable future through economic development, job creation, and climate change mitigation.
