Ken Blanchard en "Saber y hacer" lo explica muy claramente: nos gusta aprender, tener conocimiento, pero no ponerlo en práctica porque eso significa cambiar nuestra rutinas y hacer cosas diferentes a las que estamos acostumbrados y que son incómodas, por eso no lo realizamos. Tienes que practicar, que no salga perfecto, pulirlo, volver a intentarlo y repetir de nuevo todo el proceso.
