En mi experiencia siempre debemos establecer prioridades cuando tomemos la responsabilidad de un proyecto, estableciendo condiciones que nos permitan cumplir en tiempo y forma con las fechas establecidas así comos los imponderables que se presenten, siempre tomando en cuenta el ganar ganar tanto para el cliente que quede satisfecho , cómo para la empresa y los miembros del equipo, no debemos dejar algún punto por fuera, haciendo reuniones con el equipo de trabajo y con el cliente para ir viendo los avances y garantizar el cumplimiento de las fechas establecidas.

Se deben optimizar los recursos, tanto materiales como Humanos de antemano sabemos que los recursos son limitados , pero haciendo un buen uso de ellos se puede sacar el mejor resultado, y todo esto es posible con una buena supervisión y administración de los recursos y concientizar al personal, así como trabajar con un equipo bien motivado.

Provisoriamente teríamos uma ação de redução de probabilidade e ou impacto de materialização do risco e em paralelo continuaremos trabalhando na ação efetiva e que trará benefícios em um maior prazo.

Como não existem modelos padronizados, cada organização deve implementar os sistemas segundo suas necessidades, complexidade, volume de operações e de seu apetite por risco, lembre-se de que sempre temos um limitador, quando não for as questões financeiras ou orçamentarias, podemos esbarrar na ausência de gestão do conhecimento. Geralmente o sistema de controles internos de cada organização é muito diferente, mas uma coisa é evidente, é extremamente necessário. Afinal o Banco Central, a CVM, a SUSEP, a ANS, e a ANVISA entre outros órgãos reguladores, vêm a cada ano aperfeiçoando e realizando melhorias em suas legislações, mas somente isso não basta. Tenha em mente que devemos sempre aprimorar a forma de se fazer a Gestão de Riscos.
