I find it unlikely that true leaders will not constantly be challenged by setbacks. If you never have problems to deal with, then you probably aren’t very needed. Being a servant leader can be hard. But that’s how you grow into an even better one. Being a leader hyper focused on your own career and bring worried more about your personal gain or loss vs your team’s will not get you far. Take care of them, take care of the company, take care of your customers. That’s what will make you a great leader, and that’s what will allow elevate your success.
