What do you do if your performance review requires showcasing your data-driven decision-making skills?

Para responder a la evaluación de desempeño que requiere mostrar habilidades de toma de decisiones basadas en datos, primero recopilar y analizar datos pertinentes. Utilizar herramientas de análisis para identificar tendencias y patrones clave. Presentar decisiones respaldadas por datos en informes claros y precisos. Demostrar la capacidad para interpretar y utilizar datos para impulsar mejoras tangibles en los resultados empresariales. La evaluación cuantitativa es fácilmente defendible si previamente se han definido las variables a evaluar, una obviedad que no siempre sucede. Alinear las politicas de RRHH a la evaluación del puesto concreto es fundamental. Evaluaciones generalistas no sirven para todas las funciones.

I have until now avoided this conundrum. This is changing. My plan is to gain understanding of AWS, Google Cloud Services, and two or three more . Considering the severity of a final choice I prefer to collaborate with others to effect best choice.

Quantify the impact whenever possible to demonstrate the value you added. + Data-Driven Decisions: Clearly illustrate how you leveraged data to inform your decisions, not intuition or guesswork. Walk your reviewer through the thought process, highlighting the specific data points you considered and the conclusions you drew.

While finding relevant data oftentimes I felt that I am getting a lot of information overload but first you need to know when to stop and start triangulating the data to make sense of it then proceed further in the direction in which your previous decision led you. So far I have found this to be a better strategy than blindly searching for more information because we are in an era where data is abundant

You may use charts, graphs, tables, or slides to visualize your data and make it easier to understand and remember. You should also prepare a summary of your key points and a list of questions or feedback that you want to discuss with your manager.
