Los jefes de proyecto, decian, cualquier duda o consulta, preguntenle a tal persona, que era el mas experimentado, lo cual crea un cuello de botella y ademas se convierte en un riesgo si esa persona decide dar un paso al costado o se puede volver en contra si esa persona pide un aumento de sueldo, un tipo de chantaje. One thing I have found helpful is to establish a document management system if there isn't any. Determine which documents to start with, thereby classifying documents, sorting and naming in a user friendly way. Create a standard operating procedure with the do's and don'ts to help with compliance. Then maintain it by also updating it from time to time for it to remain effective.
