As much as delegation of duty still stand, I believe that most people who ask for inspection, expects you to take them there, but if you have been found trust worthy and reliable by your clients, delegation won’t be a problem, but if you haven’t grow trust with them, it’s of a low percentage that it will turn out good. That may sound controversial but YOU are the business owner, and YOU have to be able to set this, maintain this and push back when necessary.
