Firstly, I identify the root causes of my lack of confidence, whether it's fear of failure, imposter syndrome, or lack of experience. Then, I challenge negative thoughts and beliefs by focusing on past achievements and strengths. Seeking mentorship or coaching can provide guidance and support in building confidence. Setting achievable goals and celebrating small victories helps in gaining momentum and boosting self-esteem. Continuous learning and skill development also contribute to confidence-building. Surrounding myself with a supportive network of peers and mentors provides encouragement and perspective.

You Know your customers are product savvy and business savvy. So they are your think-tanks Invite them ( think-tanks) with your buyer-seller relationship, explain to them your pain points how wavering your confidence has been and hindering your business success, and take the lessons they will give you as feedback to learn to make your self confidence stable. And also Learn from your competitors, industry experts, to know where your where and how your self confidence is hindering your business success. Learn from them to know how they manage to build confidence that doesn't hinder their business success

I listen to alot of confidence boosting motivational videos, real life experiences, I write down my plus in a sheet of paper and constantly go through them on my low confidence phase. I take initiatives to analyse the situations in my life where my confidence and courage have actually helped and find the answers from my own life experiences! Take to people close to us who have seen us thrive, they will have numerous incidents where we have been confident and courageous, they will remind us what we dont remember about us.

Look for expert advice and track your progress to see how far you've come. This will help you reframe your doubts, build you with strategies, and boost your confidence to make strong choices.

As an ambitious and optimistic individual, with many creative ideas in my mind, I never stop learning setting realistic goals. Setting realistic goals does not mean you are not capable, I have learned to view it as it is. Realistic. Reality sometimes plays out differently than what we imagined in our minds. Reasons can be both external and internal. Setting realistic goals reduces disappointments, stress and increases sense of control.

Resilience is built through tough experiences and it protects you from staying down when you fall. It does not mean you never feel pain, frustration, defeat or lost, but it means you get up after each fall regardless. It might take you 1 days, it might take you months, but you get keep getting up.

I literally started working with a Confidence Coach - and she is amazing! It is so important to start with YOU. It all comes down to YOU. YOUR mindset. YOUR wellbeing. Self-love. Self-compassion. The way you talk to yourself. If you can be your own best friend and your own cheerleader, I guarantee you will change your life! It is also really important to stay in your own lane and focus on yourself and what you are doing and not look at others or compare. Get a piece of paper and write down your strengths and things that you love about yourself and what makes your offering so special. If you can't do this - ask others! It's amazing to hear others' feedback about us. I wish that people could see themselves as others see them. What a gift!

Balanced life in todays busy world is essentially and necessary to acknowledge Neglecting personal health or friends and family is an explanation of your personality, and neglecting things like these harms your mental health, and you won't focus on your goals. So, if you want to be successful in life, we should focus on work-life balance.

As a marketer, I see many entrepreneurs stumble in marketing their businesses because of a lack of confidence. This could be due to imposter syndrome or simply focusing too much on the competition. The #1 piece of advice I give to entrepreneurs who aren't marketing their business & are building solely on word of mouth & referrals (both great strategies by the way - but it is limited) is to start small. Confidence is built through continued action. Discover where your ideal client hangs out, & make sure you have a rock-solid strategy with the right message to reach them, then execute at a cadence you can commit to. If you commit to doing the wrong activity, or too much then the cycle of overwhelm & lack of confidence will continue.
