When we write something or When we post on social media platforms then its already a very responsible Job because social media platforms are the one where the whole world connects, people communicate and they are very vocal about the things, so before posting we think eleven times or more. Yeah it's true that perfection is a must because little mistakes can jeopardise your career . Being active on social media is like being a complete person with high quality of values and awesome communication skills. Must be knowledgeable and updated.

The reality is very few people think about their digital identity or profile until it's too late. People are living their lives through social media without thinking about long-term outcomes or consequences. Whilst you can choose to have personal and professional accounts, change your security settings etc, what you should be thinking about is how what you post reflects your brand and reputation. Why do you have the platforms and what are you choosing to show of yourself. There is also no longer a divide between personal/ professional social media platforms - even Linkedin, designed as professional networking, is no longer really that. People have chosen to share more of their personal selves on it (at times with questionable content).
