I have a lot of friends at work and outside it to check with them if I am doing things right and what I could change, improve or stop doing. This is the classic feedback - and it may not always should be in the formal way. Remember: you are a social being. Ask for it and give it whenever you are asked to give feedback to someone. You may be mentored or be the mentor.

While leaving a company is always difficult, many times people can find a better match to their personality, career aspirations, and preferred workplace environment elsewhere. A job is a bit like dating where fit is important. If you don't fit anymore, the job you do fit into may be waiting for you. It does not mean the company was bad or that you did something wrong.
