La pluralité des outils et des moyens de communication est intéressante mais ne doit pas être un obstacle à la communication. En effet, les responsables pourraient dans le cas d'un individualisme extrême, se retrouver à perdre du temps et parfois ne pas communiquer, s'il faut utiliser trop d'outils pour faire passer un message.

Elle permet de décrypter les styles de communication des membres de l'équipe, et favorise une adaptation mutuelle et une meilleure compréhension les uns des autres. Dans ma pratique avec mes participants en formation, j'encourage l'application de cette méthode pour reconnaître et respecter la diversité des préférences de communication. Quelles sont les domaines dans lesquelles chacun excelle et ceux dans lesquels on est en basse énergie et efficacité. 3) adapter mon comportement et mes demandes en fonction de ce que j'ai appris de mes collègues au point 2.

Train your teams to use this tool and adapt their communication styles to meet their peers preferences.
