What do you do if your team in Practice Management needs strengthening?

Just had this discussion yesterday. I dumb things all the way down and go back to basics. Retraining 101. The more communication and education, it’s almost as if we have erased the white board and started fresh.

Title means nothing if your sense of self outweighs your team's welfare and growth. Empowering your team members to manage tasks, provides the necessary framework for success while maintaining the requisite guardrails to prevent any missteps. Moreover, delegating also provides leaders the necessary oversight to see strengths and areas for improvement. As you continue to assess your team's productivity, delegating can also be a learning exercise for leaders to better understand team needs, operational effectiveness and opportunities for growth.

It would be wise for the leadership team to establish a set of competencies that unify the organization and provide world-class service holistically. When everyone is thinking and acting like-minded, the practice management will strengthen. The meaning behind this concept is simple because everyone is working towards the same goals.
