I think if thought leadership lacks the qualities of a successful leader, one has to consider few simple things… 1.Self-awareness: Recognize the areas where your leadership might be lacking. 2.Feedback: Seek feedback from trusted peers, mentors, or colleagues to gain insights. 3.Continuous learning: Invest in professional development opportunities. 4.Role modeling: Look to successful leaders in your field or industry and study their behaviors. 5.Adaptability: Be open to change and willing to adapt. 5.Practice empathy: Cultivate empathy and emotional intelligence to better understand and connect. I am sure by taking these steps, one can work towards enhancing the qualities of thought leadership and becoming a more effective leader.
