It's totally necessary to stablish rules before any meetings. First of all, ensure the horary zone if any of the invitate are in other country, also the language that everyone must speak. Then, ensure only one voice channel to give the chance that everyone can hear and understand, this last one, can be put on the table with a schedule of topics or speaker's chronogram. In the other hand, do IT preliminary tryouts to avoid any inconveniences during or before the development of the meetings. Avoid contradicting your own statements. While speaking, follow the interest and intent of your audience, break ice, make eye contact, acknowledge the differences and speak your mind. Set aside emotions that might break you. It is a peripheral thought on sharing your ideas with others, that the interpretation is not yours to own, until there's only one way to convey a message.

Claro o objetivo principal era engajamento, porém engajamento só vem através de clareza na fala mediante seu público alvo. Put your ego in a box, consider the information you have been given, and objectively assess it. Is it valid? If so, thank the person for their honesty and go about changing what needs to be changed. Sometimes, it's good to ask for feedback directly; what you receive may not be what you want to hear, but if you're building a brand, a project or a company, you need to appeal to the masses for growth, and that requires opening yourself up to a range of opinions some of which will be very different from your own perspective.

Man is not perfect but we can overcome our flaws and weaknesses by reviewing our failures and receiving feedback in a positive way. It helps us to determine the need and demands of your business and its stakeholders. It shows adaptability, eagerness to learn, grow with business needs and ability to transform. We can also align ourselves with the objectives of the organisation or the business we work for. To me it determines the character of colleague that how they receive the feedback.
