Na gestão de energia e eficiência energética a medição é essencial, já utilizei sensores, medidores integrados, modelos matemáticos, sistema de gestão contínuo e de batelada. Tudo muito importante, mas o mais importante era saber se os números eram confiáveis. A disponibilidade dos números é importante, mas seria melhor não os ter do que não serem confiáveis. Contudo para muitas empresas a indústria 4.0 será simples assim, ter dados confiáveis transformados em conhecimento e ações. Eu sempre vi mais resultados em um especialista focado em melhorias de eficiência energética a ações futuristas, aliás são ótimas, mas não podemos pular o primeiro passo, do contrário as ações não serão sustentáveis.
