If you are asked about your strengths in interview, you should : 1. First do the homework and list down all your strengths as well as areas of improvement. 2. While doing above, list atleast one example for each strength of yours to justify each / all strengths. 3. Like wise, list down all your areas of improvement with one example for each and your plan to convert them into strengths. 4. Once you have done the homework as above, ruminate so that it is handy during the interview stage and you can field the question in a holistic manner. Also you can impress the interviewing team. 5. If you have NOT done the homework, then answer honestly in interview that you would look inward and share it next time; and do so when you get the chance.
