It's as simple as this. People will do more of something they like than something they hate. If reading requires energy to you, you are going to do less of it than someone who receives energy from doing it. Why would we bother pushing ourselves to learn in certain ways. If you want to watch a relevant business youtuber, great! If you want to dive right in and learn as you go, even better! If you find joy in networking and learning from others, wonderful! The point is you probably don't have a resistance to learning, you're just forcing yourself to learn in the wrong ways. For me personally, audiobooks are great whilst driving and I binge watch YC's Youtube content while I eat. The rest is on the job.

It's hard to see our own blind spots, that's why they're called blind spots! If you've got friends who are also entrepreneurs I'd always start by asking them if they have any ideas, advice or tips on where you're getting stuck. It's easy to forget that we've all got similar struggles & journies. What might be hard for you might be easy for them and vice-versa. Being able to own up to your struggles isn't easy but it opens up new doors & possibilities. It's not a weakness but a sign of strength & courage. If you have a great network / friendships people will be more than happy to be able to help. It's personally taken me years to realise this - too much time struggling solo without realising getting a mentor or friend can help so much.
