Hiring someone with such traits, is hiring someone who can potentially balance risk and reward well, and business development is a must for any company. We can never get complacent. So growth, change and development is key. Encourage the drive and creativeness in such people, listen and also help manage the risk/reward factors of any ideas, give them space but not too much.
