Me he encontrado durante mi carrera, que muchos ejecutivos cuando se retiran, el impacto de no tener respondabilidades laborales, es decir, ya no están cumpliendo con horario laboral y se encuentran en su etapa de retiro, es muy impactante a tal punto q afecta su humor y relaciones familiares. Mi recomendacion es que antes de salir de la compañia , deben tener proyecto que les ocupe la mente, realizar actividades fisicas, asesorias, manualidades, entre otras para disfrutar de ese retiro muy merecido.
