Before we talk to the Equity Specialist role, we have to take into account the entire organizational context. Equity an important pillar from the point of view of the company's image in the market and is directly related to the "S" of the ESG (Environmental, Social e Governance) approach in organizations. Therefore, an equity specialist´s must be the custodian of the organization's equity initiatives to ensure operational execution of effective actions with real impact and communication with the board.
