Well, I don’t think this is completely practical in corporate scenarios given the Product line. The customers are well guarded and we do not usually allow one customers data or inputs be available for the other to see. However, we do gather all the feedback and inputs from customers.. digest and make them into actionable stories.

Any product introduced to internal or external customer should offer community engagement related to development, complaints or feedback, right channel to divert any query and regular upskilling and training engagement is the key to build a community and ecosystem that eventually supports product development. This way, you know what matters most to your customer. - carrying them along in test run and pilots to get a feel of the product. - acknowledging their contribution and this is where reward may be giving to those who have contributed to your product development through feedback and testing. - Finally you should adopt a co-creation or customer-centric design process.

An example to continue keeping loyalty customers engaging with brands. The brand can organise interesting educational activities for the loyalty customers. Allow them to bring friends to join the activities and convert the new friends to become new customers.
