Put yourself in your candidate's shoes and ask all of the questions. Are they applying via mobile? Is your system easily adaptable to that? Are you asking the same questions that are already on their resume? Do you even need a resume??? Make it as easy and streamlined as can be. Always be improving and testing the application process yourself.
