SDLC works well if you are able to track all the random requirements you are getting in a given time frame! SDLC works well if you know how to prioritise requirements which are super important and push the less important one with different deadlines. SDLC works well if you have all communication properly communicated and Documented ! So that you won't get questioned frequently. SDLC works well if you are ensuring team has good amount of work for next sprint too ! Instead of covering up everything in one sprint to avoid lots of error !
