Siempre es importante tomar en cuanta en las inspecciones los puntos calientes y posibles lugares donde puede haber roces entre partes moviles e incluso la estructura. Ponerle detalle también a los puntos de sujeción que estén bien colocados y a la holgura que deben tener los mazos de cables. Siempre es buena práctica tener alguna brocha y lupa para poder inspeccionar de manera más efectiva.

Safe to say documentation and records save us quite often and in more ways than you’d think. Whether it be knowledge/experience, a log book for turnover, maintenance tasks or preparation, inspection items and work cards, or even warning tags and labels. Documentation is the single most deadly and helpful item in aircraft maintenance. It controls what we do and how to do it efficiently and safely. Technical publications aid us when we don’t have the experience to accomplish a task, and maintenance documentation enables us to gain control over the items affecting the overall capabilities of whichever airframe it is we work on and enables us to gain the knowledge we lack on the subject.
