Since the increasing adoption of online education, there were five platforms that stood out, and that at one oint or the other, I have had to recommend for professionals in education. Each had its own unique charm and challenges, much like the diverse educators they served. I will like to point out the merit and demerit of each platform. Coursera- the grand library of the online world, offered a subscription-based model. Its vast array of courses was like a treasure trove for eager minds, but the subscription fee was a gatekeeper that some found to be a formidable barrier.
