In Python, a lot of rest frameworks are there such as the most useable Django, and Flask but I recommend Fast API. It is the best choice for large-scale applications with good performance and security.

Symfony framework has "Api Platform" package. There is also a Laravel version of it. This package is super dynamic as you can change the response type with ease (JSON-LD (and Hydra), GraphQL, JSON:API, HAL, YAML, CSV, HTML (API docs), raw JSON and raw XML. It is a perfect fit with the Symfony entities and super flexible.
