When consultation has to be between multi company, multi lingual, multi locations and geography, multi cross functional teams, then definitely collaboration with effective communication can be a key parameter to bridge the gap and bring successful results. Creating rapport with the internal team and users can help the consultant team to create an open environment where everyone can vote their voice and share problems and process challenges.
