Keep the technical debt minimal, while automating new services/ values. - Compliance with Success metric ensures that your on right path to achieve value metric.

Be wary of using ALL the tools as this leads to total confusion. Set guidelines for what to use when (Is it a ticket? An email? A group chat message?) and communicate that as your Way of Working. Remember, email is where knowledge goes to die as it's not available for new people who join the team, but it can be an effective part of your way of working, especially if you run a global, timezone remote team. If you get too many emails, check how many you send. Also investigate integrations between system, for example can you ticketing system send alerts to a Microsoft Teams channel instead of sending emails?
