If I'm trying to schedule a meeting with persons at several different companies, I identify 3 different dates and/or times asking persons to advise which work best for them and then choose the most popular one. Usually if the subject matter is important enough, the others will adjust their schedules.

In my experience it is imperative that their calendar is correct in our office running two programs you have to have the calendar correct. Only in an event of emergency do were reschedule since we have tow totally different programs with different needs, staff and meetings as well. Once every 3 months both programs have their board meetings so I have to work with their calendars as well as our own. It's a challenge but one I enjoy because we do great work in the community helping those in need at one of the most vulnerable times in their lives.
