So it is less technical and more of legal exercise. Data privacy team should have a legal advisor, to advise / prepare the documents (consent form, Data sharing agreement etc)

Other areas to focus on customer touch-point graphs to detect and classify sensitive / personal data across various business lines, data domains, data types and infrastructures. As we are now in the age of AI, privacy-preserved computation and computation disclosures are other areas to emphasis in order to building the data trust

Your tools should help you do this, and if they don't, then find a tool to help you either achieve this by complimenting your existing infrastructure or replace what is not meeting your needs. Don't be scared of this step at all.

In my experience, The implementation phase involves putting your designed data privacy architecture into practice. Bei der Verschlüsselung sollte auf den Einsatz etablierter Bibliotheken und als sicher geltender Konstruktionen geachtet werden. Die ordentliche Ablage des Schlüsselmaterials ist ebenfalls wesentlich. Bei der Anonymisierung muss darauf geachtet werden, dass die Daten durch Korrelationen nicht wieder deanonymisiert werden können. Das kann u.a. passieren, wenn zu kleine Personengruppen aus den Daten ermittelt und anschließend durch Prüfung weiterer Faktoren Rückschlüsse auf Einzelpersonen gezogen werden können.

I have worked with Gartner, completing assessments to understand who we were and comparing ourselves with other companies in a similar situation. To do this properly, look for an independent third party to help you and see where you are compared to others in your industry.

While desiging data architecture and incorporating data privacy, first thing that needs to be taken into account is data classification and then deciding the approaches, tools and techniques that should align with data compliance or policies like Personal Data Protection Law.
