If you use multiple systems (AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, Inventor or Fusion 360) for your profession. Something I found helpful is key mapping, or using a 'gaming pad' to bind hotkeys and macros. These save time without the use of multiple systems, however with multiple systems the commands will be mapped to the same hotkey increasing productivity with instinctive reaction. You can also create a hotkey chart to share them with your team. It creates a 'standard' to introduce them to healthy practices. Programmable macros are a game changer for nearly any profession that requires frequent computer usage.

CAD software like AutoCAD is one of the basic design software in the MEP field. It is helpful for making the shop drawings and Coordination drawings. Some other software like HAP and Elite required the area of the rooms or buildings to design the system at the time AutoCAD software was useful for beginners.

I've found Trello to be alright for smaller tasks. However I really appreciate the Microsoft collection in its ability to collaborate. SharePoint, Project, One Note are fantastic tools that harbor innovation and transparency. SharePoint doesn't get enough credit for its ability to allow multiple team communication and collaboration.
