The sole reason for reviewing past projects and gathering feedbacks is to make improvement in the future, and having a solid plan and structure on how to realize it is helpful. Tracing back to the aspects that are lacking after analyzing the feedbacks, come up with a plan to list out each element that needs improvement, root cause of underperformance, actions/solutions that might mitigate it in the future, and lastly KPIs that can be assessed to measure how effective the solution is in a similar situation in future projects. Perform Gap Analysis to monitor how far off the ideal a process is.

The fourth step is to implement your plan and put it into action. Follow your steps and track your progress and results.
