Well, I am glad to say that I was and still am a part of a great team of people that started local conference called "Weblica" in Čakovec (Croatia). That was back in 2015. and we were going strong up until COVID-19. This meant some lost years but since we never lost the will - this year, 2024, we are restarting it all, and we do not plan to stop. The primary effect was the great acceptance and excitement about such a project, from whole IT community here - in fact, we even got speakers and people from wider area than we expected. And a secondary effect was that some other people got the itch and started their own meetups and groups - which further expands the whole story.

Here's my advice to any beginner, stop doing 1:1 replica of every youtube video tutorial. It's a trend I see nowadays which I'm glad I didn't grow up with. If you're doing something add your own ideas to it. It doesn't have to be 100% original. Nobody who starts out start with 100% original ideas. But atleast play around with things. Playing around with things (also called hacking in programming community) is always appreciated! You learn debugging that way. Break it and fix it! Try out things! Change different parts of it! I've seen many freshers just having 1:1 copies of youtube tutorials. I can find youtube for tour GitHub repos! And I know can easily know you didn't change a word in it. So play around with your code and learn!

So just focus on attaining concept rather than focusing typing code .Push all of your code on github as it really help you realise in your hard time that u never stop coding even in the worst situations

E se voce deseja abordar alguém, aborde com educação, seja educado, tenha paciência e lembre-se de esperar o tempo da pessoa. Eu antes de entrar para tecnologia abordei uma pessoa da area pra tirar algumas duvidas, de forma respeitosa e amigável, claro. Essa pessoa me respondeu da melhor maneira possível, me esclarecendo duvidas e sendo bastante educado, nunca esqueci e foi uma experiência muito positiva, mas poderia ter sido o contrário, tudo depende de nós.
