While we may perceive the lack of buy-in or worse see an active attempt to fail the effort an open dialogue 1) will help understand the back story of the person 2) could also actually spotlight be an oversight in the effort that the person may have spotted. Diversity effort needs to be seen as a culture change and cannot have one-to-many flow...it needs to have many-to-all flow
