In most situations, speaking to the staff will help because they would have the solution. You just need to facilitate the resources to get to an amicable solution to ease the load. Not everything needs out of box thinking.

In my roles as both a healthcare leader and as a physician, I do whatever I can to get as close to the work our people do as possible. So that means being present in our care venues: asking questions, listening for their suggestions on how best to improve care, and demonstrating transparency on where our challenges lie so that we can together solve the problems that healthcare is facing.
