Un excelente práctica que he venido teniendo hace varios años, es generar una encuesta de voz del cliente de los empleados sobre los servicios que presta recursos humanos. Esto claramente va a medir los niveles de entrega en los procesos y cómo se sienten empleado frente al mismo sin embargo, cuando la gente no le valora los procesos, se puede inferir que hay un problema también en colaboración. Adicional a esto, Pedir, feedback permanente de todas las personas a las que atendemos es muy importante para revisar si el equipo está trabajando de manera armónica y en colaboración o no

Para mí es muy importante en la gestión de equipos de recursos humanos (y lo recomiendo en cualquier equipo) hacer una estación de retrospectiva donde los equipos puedan comentar qué funciona y que no funciona de sus interacciones. A partir de esta sesión de entender en términos de colaboración lo que funciona y lo que no funciona podemos generar mucho valor, pues se pueden definir planes de acción que soporten esta estrategia y acompañen una mejora en la colaboración al interior del equipo
