Involve the users every support time, tell them about the issue and the cause, this make the user think about it, they will never do it again or they know how to fix it by themselves. This is a work together. Just make the support interesting, use the time invest with the users

Work with them to evolve the 'how' in achieving the answer and then involve them in an iterative manner to get the solution in front of them and the people they need to be using the system. Stop calling them a user and refer to your business as OUR not THE.

Make the content accessable through Chatbots, that's the easiest way for accessing Information. Refer to the content page and the author to assure the information is valid. Use LLMs to support the author's with content creation. Create Images, Figures or even Videos from the Content, make it interactive and creative. Let the people enjoy and experience information, try augmented reality or virtual reality in suitable scenarios.
