For Improving the efficiency team collaboration and regular's communication is one of important aspect. further strategies are 1. Regular Gemba meeting. 2. Detailed RCA analysis for solving the critical phenomenon and involvement of both the team from initial phase in RCA. 3. Data and communication Transparency 4.Need to avoid the blame game and culture to owned the problem, focus must be on resolving the issue irrespective of whose issue. 5. Regulars Job transfers strategy between both the teams. 6. Need to ensure that any Action plan for any issue have clear roles and responsibility with target time.

If you think of the Quality team as the “police” and the Production team as the “workers”(executors), you’re only fueling conflict. Instead, stop assuming that the Quality team and Production team cannot work together. They can—and must. Choose a Quality Manager with production experience. Without it, they will never truly understand how challenging it is to create high-quality products. Saying “No” is easy. But teach your Quality Manager to say “No” only when they have a full understanding of the entire picture. Constantly improve the communication and understanding between the teams and your efficiency will be sky high.
