First off, you need to establish a common language. That's important for successful communication no matter what the situation is. Avoid acronyms and lingo when communicating and be clear about what success looks like. Many tech tools are available to stay connected and ensure that timelines are met and everyone is working towards the same goal. Here is the challenge though. Too many organizations think the tech stack is the answer to a problem. It's not. Technology is a means to an end. It doesn't solve any issues, it supports a strategy and a well-defined process.

We implemented a 'part' of AGILE/SCRUM into our entire team .. "The Standup" Once a week everyone on all projects (about 10 people including leadership) gets on a 30 min zoom. Each person has opportunity to state How things are going , roadblocks, successes and the team responds to assist or praise and we move to the next ... some weeks everyone gets a chance to speak and some weeks only a handful .. but overall the concept has bolstered regular interaction at deeper levels on issues that we all dealt with by ourselves before .. it has also surfaced and fixed hard challenges that were found in more efficient ways through 'group think' .. Highly recommend!!

A daily standup, which is run properly and focuses on the right things. Such a basic thing, but IMO is super important. Get everyone on different projects into a daily standup, with a clearly defined purpose and focus. Be at the standup yourself, & actively ensure everyone is focused on the items which are actually of relevance and importance to the overall objectives that the standup meeting was created to address. Ie ensuring everyone's updates are focused, and relevant to objectives of this meeting and the things which may impact other teams. (Rather than everyone just reciting a list of tasks they completed yesterday). And as everyone is busy, actually STAND UP. Limit discussion (& time) to what is relevant for this standup.

A great way to do this is to hold short informal "flash meetings", at least once a week. The whole team should attend in person or remotely, to review what happened since the last meeting, and agree actions/plans for next week. Every member should be directly asked to contribute. If done properly, such open communication draws the team together, working towards common goals.

In my experince cross team liasions will further strengthen the projects towards achieving goals as knowledge from each liasons teams will leverage the skill sets required to execute the projects more professionnaly and financially sound

Lastly, maintaining centralized notes provides a valuable resource for team members to stay informed about project progress and status. This ensures that any team member can seamlessly transition into a project and quickly grasp its current state. By adopting these strategies and tools, our team have effectively navigate managing multiple projects simultaneously, enhancing productivity, collaboration, and project success.

The project team leader need to know how to execute the projects with no other members micro managing it .Micro management will cause reduntant data to be collected on same subjects it's waste of time and resources .One way to over come this is to distribute the task among team members and regular meeting from all team members to have one voice from projects leader.This how I managed projecrs in the past to contribute to growth.
