Forth, Get the team engaged by developing clear implementation plan (stating the task and by whom). Fifth, review and monitor the actual performance and provide the required support.

A long time back we were struggling with changeover losses in a manufacturing line and one of the team members asked the basic question -why we cannot have a zero changeover concept and this led us to design a concurrent manufacturing line with simultaneous packaging of all formats .This fundamentally moved the efficiency paradigm in double digits and improved cost of production.
